When you send a request through a form on this website, we collect your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to provide it. When you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you send us. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

To run this website and deliver your request to us, we rely on a few service providers: our website host, the messaging or email service that forwards form requests to our team, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics, and Google Maps for the map on our pages. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada. Google may set cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for our business and tax records. After that we delete it.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.
